Mitchell Cox explains the outcomes of ESSA's latest Executive Council meeting...

On the 23rd July ESSA's first Executive Council meeting was held for the new council members you elected this year.  Six Council Members attended the meeting with the help of Jessie (ESSA's Student Support Officer) and Hannah (ESSA's New Graduate Trainee) facilitating the meeting.

Overall we had really positive outcomes

- the new ESSA Executive Council Members felt comfortable in their new positions, objectives were set for the upcoming year and decisions were made as to what ESSA was going to work towards.  We had many discussions involving redrafting our constitution, what it means to be a perfect representative and also many exciting activities and informational activities.

 In conclusion I am looking exceptionally forward to working with the new council and I strongly believe that the following year will be successful for ESSA.
